Why Collection Only?
Our brownies are intentionally soft, ultra-gooey, and finished with flaky, crackly tops. This makes them especially delicate and best handled with care.
To protect their quality, texture, and presentation, we currently offer collection only from Manchester city centre. This allows us to hand over your brownies in perfect condition, just as they’re meant to be.
It’s our way of making sure every box you receive feels special.
Our Story
I’ve been baking brownies for over ten years, always trying to make them a little gooier, a little fudgier, and a little more comforting each time. My brownies quickly became my go-to gift for everyone I love. And soon, they became part of who I am.
The Brownie Bears was born from that love. A little dream built with my best friend and husband, who helped turn our kitchen into a cosy little bakery.

The brownies can last up to a week! Just keep them an air-tight container.

We keep our original triple chocolate recipe exactly as it is, as it’s what makes our brownies so special. However, we’re happy to adjust how your brownies are cut or add a specific topping where possible, just let us know in your order request.
